Sedation

Thorough examination of the intestine requires 20-40 minutes. The best anesthesiologists in Kyiv will take care of your sweet sleep during the examination
Individual endoscope

We have 8 endoscopes of different diameters. The exam will be comfortable and painless for you
Double control of screening

We use two monitors during each screening. So each manipulation of doctors is controlled by the team
Photo- and video record

Every patient gets a personal link to the video record of their screening via email right after the visit. All the records are stored on the cloud service. This provides an opportunity to get a doctor’s consultation from anywhere in the world without extra screening.

Stages of the examination

Sedation is recommended for your comfort

It helps to examine intestine more closely and accurately

We will meet you at the reception, explain the next steps and take you to your private ward
After you change your clothes a nurse will guide you to the operating room through a separate corridor
The team of doctors and nurses will be already waiting for you in the operating room
You will get a medical sedation, we will begin the examination under control of several specialists
If we find the polyps, we will immediately remove them
The whole process will be controlled on two parallel monitors
When the examination is finished you will be taken to your ward. We will wake you up and give you time to relax and drink tea or coffee with cookies
Your doctor will explain the results of the examination and provide you with recommendations and further action plan

We remove polyps right during colonoscopy

What is a polyp

Polyps are formations that can be both benign and malignant. It is better to remove them immediately and send for analysis in order not to repeat the examination twice. This is done to reduce your risk of colon cancer
How much does it cost

We do not know in advance how many polyps we will detect. Removal of one polyp costs from 1200 to 6900 UAH depending on the size

Is Colonoscopy totally painless?

In order to avoid any unpleasant feelings we recommend to do colonoscopy under medical sedation. Intravenous sedation will get you into a light medical sleep. As a result, you will be physically and emotionally relaxed and feel absolutely no pain. Another plus of sedation is a lack of memories after the examination.
